Andy (Andrzej) Mitkowski NSSA®, CRPS®
President & Investment Advisor Representative
Andy (Andrzej) Mitkowski is founder and CEO of Blue Star Financial Advisors and holds his Series 65 license along with 2 designations; National Social Security Advisor® and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist®. While researching financial services for his own personal portfolio, he discovered multiple types of investments and products that offered safety from market volatility. He immediately decided that he wanted to share this knowledge, teach others and help them protect their retirement income. Before entering the financial services industry, Andy felt as though every job was simply a means to an end; a way to pay the bills. Andy quickly realized that his real passion was in the financial world and helping others achieve their retirement income goals. His unwavering belief in the importance of answering every client question to ensure that they thoroughly understand their options, is why he will never rush a client to make any decisions.

When not working, Andy enjoys cooking with his wife, playing basketball and travelling. He is also bilingual, being fluent in both English and Polish, and appreciates reading educational books. While he and his wife currently don’t have children, they hope to add to their family soon through adoption.
Monika Muszynska
Insurance Agent & Administrative Assistant
Monika Muszynska is an Insurance Agent and Administrative Assistant at Blue Star Financial. With a Master’s degree in Sociology, Monika brings a unique perspective to the industry, focusing on building relationships grounded in respect and trust.

Happily married for 17 years and mother of two, Monika values family and understands the importance of protecting what matters most. She believes time is our most valuable resource and works to ensure her clients make the most of it by providing tailored-made insurance solutions.

When not working Monika enjoys being outdoors, either bike riding or camping with her family. She also volunteers for her son’s swim team which she finds rewarding and fun.
